                                                                                                                     I started my OJT last april 8,2008. at department of agrarian Reform. (DAR) located at Roxas Avenue Roxas city, During my first on ojt when i came to their office I wear a formal attire but the employee of this office did not wear a formal wear they only wear a pants and shirt . so in the next day of my ojt i also wear a pants and a shirt. first i assign at the accounting department in this department i record their income in the index card. and also in this department thier is a “BRUHA” the way she looks for us, they way she act. In the other day maam tere she tranfer me at the operation department, in that department i meet maam analie, sir Arnel, the first person that ask me a favor to do something is maam analie that i need to encode the little of the owner of the land and the square meter of the land, first she teach me what to do. after she finish to teach me what to do i continue what they say if i have some problem about the work that she give to me i ask them if the work i did is correct or not. after i finish this sir arnel ask maam analie if i know to encode in the computer and maam analie sad yes she know and you can only teach them once. so sir arnel ask me to encode in the computer the survey number, lot number, the place, owner of the land and the square meter i encoded this in there databases.

My experience in this office is fun and a lot thing that i have learned. one thing that i learn is respect the employee even though you did not know yet. in the operation department the employee is so nice to us even though there boss. if there an occasion in this office they invited us to join in there occasion.and they sad that you should not be “Nahihiya”.  I love this Company…..
